Glennis Meagher has spent over a decade building the digital infrastructure of progressive politics — and studying what moves people online. As Senior Advisor at Way to Win, she leads digital strategy, where she developed the 2024 AMPLIFY program driving nearly one billion cross-platform views, and launched "we are the 3.5%," one of the largest resistance-focused digital media channels of 2025, with over 100 million Instagram views to date.
She is Co-Founder and President of Generator Collective with Ilana Glazer, where nine years of culture-first series like Microdose Democracy and Cheat Sheet for the Voting Booth earned 250 million organic impressions and coverage in The New Yorker, Vogue, and The New York Times.
As Founder of Scout Haus, Glennis advises clients and campaigns on digital media strategy. She began her career in D.C. as a staffer for Senator Max Baucus (D-MT) and Deputy National Finance Director at Priorities USA Action.
